Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RippleFlow (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a YouTube channel, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

“RippleFlow”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Service available at rippleflow.pro. “You” means the individual or organization using the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and security

  • You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@rippleflow.pro if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a connected channel.

The Service

RippleFlow connects to your YouTube channel through Google's official API and helps you moderate comments, draft replies in your voice, and schedule content. The Service is approval-first: replies and other actions are queued for your review and are only performed when you approve them (or when you explicitly opt a rule into auto-posting).

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may release features in beta that are less stable than the rest of the Service. RippleFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google beyond the use of the official YouTube Data API v3.

YouTube API Services and third-party terms

  • You agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and YouTube's applicable policies when using the Service.
  • By connecting a channel, you authorize RippleFlow to read comments and to perform the actions you approve (such as hiding comments or posting replies) on that channel through the YouTube API.
  • You are responsible for the content of the replies and actions you approve, and for ensuring they comply with YouTube's policies.
  • We may suspend or disconnect a channel if continuing to act on it would breach YouTube's terms or place your channel or the Service at risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

  • use the Service to post spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content, or to violate YouTube's policies;
  • attempt to circumvent the approval queue, rate limits, or quota protections, or use the Service to artificially inflate engagement;
  • access the Service through automated means other than the interface we provide, or attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or copy it;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or the data of other users;
  • use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law.

Your content and license

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the comments and replies you work with. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Plans, billing, and payments

  • Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout, which may be Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us and our provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain access until then.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change prices with notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Free plan and trials

We may offer a free plan or trial with limited features or usage. We may change or withdraw free plans and trials at any time. Usage limits are described on our pricing page and may be adjusted as the Service evolves.

Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by RippleFlow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, we grant you no rights in the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or appropriate, or that automated actions will not be limited or reversed by YouTube. You are responsible for reviewing everything you approve.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RippleFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₹5,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RippleFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of a third party.

Term, suspension, and termination

These Terms apply until terminated. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, if your use creates risk for other users or the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and RippleFlow agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RippleFlow regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
