What we access

RippleFlow connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth with the youtube.force-ssl scope. We use this to:

  • Read comments posted on your channel's videos
  • Hide comments that match your moderation rules
  • Post replies you explicitly approve (or canned replies you opted into)

What we store

  • Your Google account email and profile
  • OAuth tokens, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
  • Comments from your channel, classification results, and moderation actions
  • The automation rules you configure
  • We do not collect or store email addresses that viewers share in comments

What we never do

  • Post replies without your approval (unless you explicitly opt a rule into auto-post)
  • Ask viewers to share personal information in comments or collect addresses from public comments
  • Sell or share your data with third parties
  • Use your channel data to train models

YouTube API Services

RippleFlow uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Data deletion

Disconnecting a channel deletes its comments, queue items, rules, and moderation logs. To revoke access entirely, remove RippleFlow at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
